Ted Cuttitta

1926-2018

What we miss most about Ted are now the memories we treasure, cherish, and celebrate.  His care, wit, charm, and strength of character were traits that collectively defined the story of his life. Each family member and friend who loved Ted had an individual connection and relationship with him. It is those individual relationships that bond a unified circle of love that will perpetuate Ted's legacy and lasting impression.

After a joyful and full life of 91 years, Ted "PopPop" Cuttitta now rests easy. Ted passed peacefully on March 14, 2018 with his wife Joan by his side. Days later, on March 18th and 19th, surrounded by hundreds of family and friends we celebrated the legacy of a man who enriched the lives of so many.

Ted Joseph Cuttitta was a proud man. A WWII veteran, he took tremendous pride in his country and nation. In honor of his duty to country, Ted now rests at Frederick Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery. An Italian through and through, he represented his  heritage and familial roots with earnest each and every day. His pride shined through most notably when speaking about his family and each of their accomplishments. Those accomplishments were met in part because of the guidance and positive influence he had on their lives.

Always stressing the importance of working hard to get ahead, Ted practiced that principle his entire life, starting at a young age in Brooklyn, NY. He was handed little, but devoted his personal and professional endeavors to bettering the quality of life and happiness for Joan, their children (Diane, Cathy, Tedd Jr., and Lois), and grandchildren.

We will miss you dearly...ya son of a gun.
